Delta Exclusive Realty, LLC, a local and personal business and
result oriented business located in Largo, Maryland
MREI - Moore's Real Estate Investing, Inc. was founded in 2003
by myself with GOD's guidance and is well on track to become a million dollar
net worth business. MREI currently owns properties in Washington, DC, Tampa,
Florida and Maryland. Moore's Real Estate is well on track with 3 residential
and 1 commercial properties in our portfolio since the corporation was
established in October, 2003. The corporation acquired 2 properties in December
2003. MREI is also dedicated to
empowering individuals in home ownership and also provides free counseling in
business establishment. The first commercial property was acquired in Temple
Hills, MD in December 2003. MREI assisted in the establishment of Jacqueline's
Styling Studio Inc. and the empowering of Jacqueline to become a business owner.

Personal Profile
My name is Jesse C. Moore, Jr. I am happy to be a Realtor working for WF
Chesley Real Estate, Inc. I will maintain my reputation of being "the most
dedicated, committed and hardest working Realtor in the business". Our company is based in Maryland but we do business in
Washington, DC as well. I am committed to providing a high level of timely
and efficient service to each and everyone that reaps the huge benefits of our services.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Prince Georges
County Association of Realtors
A little about me
I am a 48 year old native Washingtonian. I graduated from
McKinley High in 1978 and started Howard University in the early fall of the
same year, majoring in Engineering . During my summers as a high school student, I always worked with
"Freeman Brothers Carpenters", a small company that built residential townhouses
and apartment complexes. I quit college and graduated from a 4 year carpenter
apprenticeship program as a Journeyman Carpenter in 1984. After climbing the
corporate ladder and becoming a foreman, Project Manager and a shop steward for the Carpenter's
Local Union #132, I went back to school and completed another 4 year program in
Operating Engineering where I graduated in 1991. In 1991, I was injured in a
work related accident, had 2 back surgeries and thus ended my construction
career. While unemployed for 3 years on disability, I decided to take a Real Estate course with Long
and Foster and I obtained a Real Estate Salesperson license. I also took the
required courses at Prince Georges Community College for Real Estate Appraising.
The Real Estate market at the time, and in my opinion, was not a stable work environment.
I am a very stable and dependable person that had a wife and 3 young children. So, I went back to college to major in Computer
Science. I obtained my first job in the computer field in 1995 working with the
IRS as a computer specialist at the Baltimore, MD. In January 1996, I joined
Consolidated Engineering Services as a Database Assistant. I was soon promoted
to Database Manager in 1997. I then transferred to the IT Department as a Help
Desk Technician in 1998. I was promoted to Team Leader in 1999 and then promoted
to my current position, Help Desk Manager in the year 2000. The IT and computer
field has prepared me to assist you further than the normal Real Estate agent. I market your property through the MLS, Washington
Post, and other periodicals. In addition, I will use the internet to attract customers from all over the world
that might have an interest in purchasing and/or investing in the Washington, DC
area.
